Leadership in the New Normal

Lt. Gen. Russel L. Honore, who emerged as a national hero and a top leader in the U.S. Army in 2005 after spearheading Joint Task Force Katrina, discussed his new book, Leadership in the New Normal, which examines modern leadership principles and illustrates them with stories from Honore's life experiences as a leader in the U.S. Army.
